Dave Flessas
Dave has been in telecom and data operations for over 30 years, including long stints at Sprint and Time Warner Cable, where his responsibilities included Network Operations and Service Assurance systems, methods and procedures. He was also the Green and Sustainability officer at TWC. He has degrees from the University of Wisconsin and Marquette University, and is married to the boss. dave.flessas@forsys.biz
Jon Anderson
Jon is an accomplished technology operations leader, specializing in Process Design and Management, Digital Transformation and Customer Experience (CX) improvement. He creates readily transferable, best-in-class service delivery and customer-centric cultures for business and government. Jon graduated from Cornell University, and has led VP organizations at Charter, Time Warner Cable and MediaOne. Sarah Curry
Sarah contributed to various DoS contractors managing technical security installations for high-threat embassies, and has worked to optimize inventory management, customer requirement systems and order flow, among other SCM responsibilities. She has been responsible for Quality Management and is Lean Six Sigma certified. She is an International Studies graduate of the College of Charleston.
David Rapp
David has over 30 years of experience across the full spectrum of the financial industry, including project and program management at a nationally chartered bank, a regional broker-dealer and boutique financial firms as well as managing government contracts implementing OSS changes. He has broad experience in compliance and operational risk management and has defined critical customer culture and service delivery models throughout his career. . . Katie graduated cum laude with a BA from Clemson after working her way through school as editor-in-chief of the Daily Tiger. She is a cerified scrum master with experience in systems integration, data migration and agile software development. She has expertise in project and program management in large scale OSS transition plans at Verizon, Time Warner Cable and ACN.
Michael Poole
Michael is a performance driven Technology Services executive with extensive global leadership experience. He was responsible for Corporate Security and Compliance at a Fortune 50 company, and has a long track record of innovation in Managed Services, customer facing networks and enterprise IT. MIchael has over 30 years in the industry after graduating from SUNY Oswego.

A Computer Information Systems graduate of James Madison University, Emily has worked the past 2 years in internal audit and compliance functions for Fortune 500 customers. She is fluent in multiple business process applications and operating systems and can bring order to your user zoo.
